These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pvrelectricals.com and the PVR Electricals mobile app (together, the “Platform”). The Platform is owned and operated by PVR ELECTRICALS (“we”, “our”, “us”).

1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all referenced policies.

If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

2) Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Platform.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

3) Our Role as a Direct Retailer

PVR Electricals operates as an independent online retail store dealing directly in electrical and electronic products. We procure goods from manufacturers, authorized distributors, and verified resellers, and sell them to customers through our Platform.

All purchases made on our website are sales between you (the buyer) and PVR Electricals (the seller).

We are responsible for product sourcing, pricing, fulfillment, and customer support for all orders placed through our Platform.

4) Products and Services

We sell electrical and electronic products, including but not limited to LED lights, switches, cables, appliances, and tools.

All descriptions, specifications, images, and prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

5) Orders, Pricing, and Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payments are accepted via secure payment gateways, including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

By submitting a payment method, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge the full order amount, including applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees.

Refund timelines follow the relevant payment network and our Returns & Refunds Policy (published separately). We are not responsible for payment delays attributable to banks or third-party gateways.

In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable.

6) Shipping, Returns & Privacy

Shipping costs are additional unless otherwise stated.

Delivery timelines depend on your location and product availability.

We are not responsible for courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

7) Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

We aim for complete customer satisfaction.

8) User Accounts

You agree not to use the Platform for:

Any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

Soliciting others to perform illegal acts

Uploading malware or harmful code

Violating intellectual property rights

Harassing, abusing, defaming, or discriminating against others

10) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

11) Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

12) Health, Safety & Information Disclaimer

Product information, specifications, or installation details provided on our Platform are for general informational purposes only.

Always read product labels and follow manufacturer instructions.

We are not liable for damages arising from improper installation, handling, or misuse of electrical products.

13) Third-Party Services & Links

Our Platform may include links to third-party sites or services (such as logistics, warranty, or payment providers).

We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PVR Electricals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities — arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of ₹5,000 or the total fees paid by you for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or negligence resulting in personal injury.

15) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PVR Electricals, its directors, employees, and agents against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

16) Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, war, terrorism, government actions, or disruptions to utilities, internet, or logistics services.

17) Electronic Communications & Records

You consent to receive communications from us electronically (via email, SMS, app notifications, or website messages).

You agree that such communications satisfy all legal requirements for written communication under applicable Indian laws.

We maintain electronic transaction records as per Indian law.

18) Modifications

We may revise or update these Terms from time to time.

The Effective Date above will be updated when changes occur.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19) Assignment, No Waiver, Severability, Entire Agreement

We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms.

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

These Terms, together with all referenced policies, represent the entire agreement between you and PVR Electricals and supersede any prior terms or understandings.

As required under applicable Indian laws, PVR Electricals has appointed a Grievance Officer.
