1. Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are based on the total weight of the package and the delivery location.
The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at the time of shipping.

COD is available for selected pin codes and may include an additional handling fee based on purchase amount.
Please ensure accurate address and contact details for smooth delivery.5. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India.
If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will inform you and arrange an alternative method or provide a full refund.6. Damages
PVR Electricals is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the courier or our support team to file a claim.
